1. General

These terms govern the use of the MOJ KRAJ. portal (the Portal), operated by the publisher named in the imprint. By accessing the Portal you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Portal.

2. Content and copyright

The content of the Portal (text, illustrations, design) is protected by the copyright of the publisher or of third parties whose content is used under licence, with the source named. Quoting short extracts is permitted provided the Portal is clearly named as the source and the original article is linked. Systematic harvesting or reproduction of content without the publisher's written permission is not permitted.

Access to the Portal is open to automated systems, including artificial intelligence tools — we do not block such visitors in robots.txt. Technically permitted access does not transfer copyright and is not a licence to use the content: systematic harvesting, reproduction, or use of the content in building or training artificial intelligence models requires the publisher's written permission. When summarising or answering on the basis of our articles we expect the Portal to be named as the source and the original article linked. A description of the Portal and its machine-readable sources is available at /llms.txt.

3. Nature of the content

Articles are produced with the help of artificial intelligence under human editorial oversight, from the sources named on each article. Although we apply both automated and editorial accuracy checks, the content is informational and does not constitute advice (legal, financial, medical or otherwise). Decisions you make on the basis of the Portal's content are your own responsibility.

4. Sponsored content and advertising

Promotional content is clearly marked with the label "SPONZORIRANI SADRŽAJ" (sponsored content) or by its ad placement. The publisher is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Portal, including advertisements and sources.

What we accept.Advertisements are submitted as an image or as a text ad (headline, description, call to action and image); we do not accept external scripts, tracking pixels, frames, or ads loaded from third-party servers. An advertisement must not play sound, cover the article content, or imitate the Portal's editorial interface. A sponsored article is written to the same journalistic rules as any other content and always carries the name of the client.

Labelling. The label is applied by the Portal, not by the advertiser: every commercial placement carries a visible "OGLAS" (advertisement) label, sponsored content carries "SPONZORIRANI SADRŽAJ", and our own promotions carry "MOJ KRAJ.". The label is part of the placement frame and the advertisement cannot remove it. Links from advertisements are marked as paid according to search-engine rules (rel="sponsored nofollow").

Right of refusal. The publisher may refuse or withdraw an advertisement without giving reasons, and in particular one that is misleading, contrary to regulations or to good practice, that presents itself as editorial content, or that would appear beside content it is not appropriate to associate it with. We accept political advertising only where the client is clearly named within the advertisement itself.

Reporting methodology. We report impressions, viewable impressions and clicks to the advertiser. A viewable impression is one where at least half the area of the advertisement was in the viewport for at least one second; a click is counted on the redirect, not on the browser's notification. Repeated events within the same page view, and traffic from recognised automated visitors, are excluded from the figures. Measurement is first-party and uses no reader identifiers — exactly what we record is described in the privacy policy, point 4.1.

5. Limitation of liability

The Portal is provided "as is". The publisher makes reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Portal or the complete accuracy, completeness or currency of all information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Portal.

6. Corrections

Send requests to correct inaccurate statements to redakcija@lumiverse.hr. We act on them within a reasonable time, in accordance with the Croatian Media Act.

7. Changes to these terms

The publisher may amend these terms; amendments take effect on publication on this page, with an updated date. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia, and the competent court in Zagreb has jurisdiction over disputes.
