ATP Petnic has begun the realisation of a new warehouse project, the location of which will be within the Brezje economic zone. This investment represents a significant step in the development of the area's industrial potential, taking into account the fact that the existing part of the zone no longer has free plots available for new projects.
In order to enable the continuation of economic development and attract new investors, the town of Mursko Središće has taken steps to expand its existing infrastructure. The local authority has secured additional land, thereby resolving the shortage of space that was hindering further expansion.
The newly acquired land has an area of more than 13 hectares. This significant addition allows for the placement of larger investment projects, such as the ATP Petnic warehouse, which is not possible in the currently filled part of the zone. The expansion of the zone in Mursko Središ thus becomes a strategic response to the market's need for new business space.
The location in the Brez economic zone, situated in Mursko Sredi, is thereby given a new dimension. While the existing capacity is fully utilised, the new part of the zone opens the door to future investments, with the ATP Petnic project serving as the first major indicator of the success of this urban and economic decision.
