Terme Sveti Martin has been named the winner of the “Regenerative Thermal & Healing Waters of the Year” category at the international Regenera Luxury Hospitality Awards 2026. This places it among the awarded hotels and resorts from 17 countries worldwide.

The Regenera Luxury Hospitality Awards are international prizes dedicated to regenerative luxury hospitality, with the winners of the first edition officially announced on 15 October 2026. The competition included some of the most renowned names in global hospitality, with brands such as Six Senses, Four Seasons and Waldorf Astoria also among this year’s winners. Terme Sveti Martin thus reached the final alongside some of the most famous names in global hospitality.

A total of 164 nominations were received for this year’s competition, with only 48 nominations, or 29 per cent of the entries, meeting the criteria to advance to the final. Each submitted property provided approximately 100 documents, confirming how demanding the process was. The winners were not selected by voting or subjective jury assessments, but exclusively on the basis of evidence and professional verification of results.

At Terme Sveti Martin, thermal water is one of the foundations of the Healthness philosophy, which links health, prevention, movement, relaxation and the balance of body and mind. It is the first Healthness resort in Europe, further confirming the recognisability of its approach on the international stage.

Katja Cvetković, sales and marketing director of Terme Sveti Martin, highlighted the significance of this recognition for the resort and its position in global regenerative hospitality.
