The municipal council of Ogulin has called its 8th session for Wednesday, 14 October 2026, starting at 9:00. The session will take place in the large hall of the Ogulin Library and Reading Room, at 7 Bernard Frankopan Street, Ogulin.
The decision on the convening was issued in Ogulin on 7 October 2026 and bears the reference NO. 024-03/26-03/82 and Ref. No. 2133-2/01/26-1. It was signed by the president of the Municipal Council, Marko Herman, specialist in criminal law, acting.
The agenda includes a number of points, among them the Report of the Mandate Commission and the verification of the mandate of a council member, with a solemn oath, as well as the current session. Council members will discuss the Draft semi-annual report on the implementation of the Budget of the City of Ogulin for the period from 1 January to 30 June 2026.
The agenda also includes draft decisions on local taxes and the value of the local tax point, as well as a draft decision on the memorial rent. The third amendments and additions to the urban plan of the Ogulin business zone – UPU 6 and the second amendments and additions to the urban plan of the Sabljac area – UPU 8 are also foreseen.
The council will decide on amendments to the Rules on the rules, conditions and procedures for simple procurement, as well as on the method of payment of the local tax and the cost of connection to the local infrastructure for the construction of a multi-family building under the state-supported housing programme. The report on the results of the business operations of the enterprises in the area of the City of Ogulin in 2025 will be considered.
A decision on the transfer of ownership of equipment, furniture and small inventory to the ‘Bistrac’ kindergarten in Ogulin is also proposed, as well as a decision on the designation of legal persons of interest to the civil protection system in the area of the City of Ogulin. The draft decision on the amendment of the Statute of the Public Fire Department of Ogulin and the decision on the deletion of the movable property of the same institution are also on the agenda.
Council members will discuss the draft public call for the nomination of candidates for the election of the members of the Council of the City of Ogulin, and the report on the use of the budget reserve for the period July-September 2026 is foreseen.
In the same period, the assembly of the County of Vukovar-Syrmia has called its 11th session for Monday, 19 October 2026, starting at 9:00. The session will take place in the large county hall in Vinkovci, at 27a Glagolja Street.
The decision on the convening was issued in Vinkovci on 9 October 2026 and bears the reference NO. 024/03/26-02/17 and the Ref. No. 2196-03-26-1, and was signed by the president of the assembly, Dalibor Šandrk, university specialist in economics.
The agenda includes the adoption of the minutes of the 10th session, the draft decision on the amendment of the decision on the honours of the Vukovar-Syrmia County, and the draft decision on the award of the honours of the Vukovar-Syrmia County for 2026, as well as the current session.
