The City of Trilj has published a call for submissions for the award of public honours by the City of Trilj. This call is part of the preparations for the upcoming celebration of City Day, allowing residents and associations to nominate outstanding individuals or groups for their contribution to the community.
The award process is regulated by the Decision on public honours of the City of Trilj, which was previously published in the Official Gazette of the City of Trilj under number 04/09, and later updated and published in issue 03/19. This act defines the criteria and procedure by which city awards and honours are granted.
In addition to the call for awards, the City of Trilj has convened the 10th session of the City Council. The invitation is addressed to all members of the City Council of the City of Trilj, as well as the Mayor of the City of Trilj, to ensure that key stakeholders in the local self-government are informed in a timely manner.
The convening of the session is based on the provisions of Article 34 of the Statute of the City of Trilj, which was published in the Official Gazette of the City of Trilj under numbers 03/09, 01/13 and 02/18. The rules of procedure of the council are further regulated by the Rules of the City Council of Trilj, which are applied in accordance with Articles 55, 56 and 57 of the said Rules.
The Rules of the City Council of Trilj were published in several instances in the Official Gazette of the City of Trilj, in issues number 03/09, 01/13, 01/21, 05/23 and 09/23. These documents form the legal basis for the work of the representative body and ensure transparency of procedures during sessions.
