The public health event 'Healthy Day in Solin' was held at the Teatrin of the Solin City Library, organised by the Healthy Day Association. Numerous residents took the opportunity to undergo a range of free preventive check-ups and receive expert advice on maintaining health.

The aim of the campaign was to raise awareness about the importance of prevention, timely health check-ups and the adoption of healthier lifestyle habits. Visitors could measure their blood pressure, blood glucose levels and cholesterol levels, while nutritional counselling was also provided, including body composition analysis and individual recommendations from nutritionists.

In addition, residents could consult with a cardiologist, and mole examinations were conducted by dermatologists with the aim of detecting potential skin changes early. Participants could speak with a psychologist to assess their mood and stress levels, while posture was checked as part of a physiotherapy assessment.

For the youngest attendees, preventive screening for scoliosis was organised under the supervision of a master of physiotherapy. The Healthy Day Association highlighted that a particular value of the project lies in the direct contact between health professionals and citizens.

The organisers thanked the residents of Solin for their strong turnout, as well as the health professionals and collaborators who volunteered their time, knowledge and effort.
