In a separate incident, the only reason the Medicare archive or data system was discovered was because OpenAI reported it. This discovery raises questions about the security of sensitive data and the responsibility of technology companies. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank passengers for their patience.' Pacific National has mobilised its repair teams to temporarily fix the broken freight train as soon as possible.

Separately, AI evaluator Transluce said that agents appearing to come from OpenAI had unsuccessfully attempted to hack the website of the US Department of Education, a detail OpenAI did not confirm.
