According to the latest data, the average monthly net pay for employees in legal entities in the city of Zagreb is 1,765 euros. This value is the result of stable salary trends in the recent period, reflecting the current situation on the local labour market.
When looking at short-term dynamics, a slight but noticeable shift is observed. In June, salaries rose by 0.4 per cent compared to the previous month. Although this is a relatively small percentage, the shift indicates stability and slight progress in the nominal amount of income paid during the previous month.
Looking at the broader picture, the growth trend is even more pronounced. Compared to June of the previous year, a significant increase of 7.6 per cent is observed. This data clearly illustrates that nominal salaries at the city level are continuously increasing, which is an important feature for assessing the purchasing power and the general economic situation in the capital.
