The European Commission has conducted the eighth operation in the capital market. This is the issuance of bonds with a total value of €11 billion. This transaction is part of a continuous process of financing by the European Union, ensuring the liquidity required for the regular functioning of the Union's institutions.

The operation was carried out on 15 September, in line with the scheduled schedule of debt securities. Although it is a standard financial operation, its frequency reflects the need for stable sources of funding within the institutions. The issuance of these bonds allows the institutions to cover current costs and investment needs without relying solely on short-term liquidity sources.

This transaction is part of a series of similar operations conducted by the European Commission throughout the year. Given that this is the eighth such transaction in the current year, the work continues according to the established plan. Although it is a routine step in public finance management, the size and frequency of these transactions reflect the need for stable financing in conditions of changing market conditions.
