The old timers were lined up today in the Novy port at an exhibition of old timers, which was held as part of the third edition of the Adriatic Tour. The organization was most responsible for the old timer club Stari Kocaki from Sveta Nedelja, and the president of the club and the main organizer of the event is Andrea Weber.

In Novy, on Saturday morning, more than 80 cars gathered from all over Croatia and abroad. Drivers of old timers arrived in the Novy port from Zagreb, Samobor, Velika Gorica, Rijeka, Delnice, Rovinj, Opatija, Zadar and other Croatian towns, while the international community was represented by old timer lovers from Italy, Austria and Slovenia.

Among the most interesting specimens was a 1955 MG, which came from Novy. The owner of that car is a German who has been living in Novy for a long time. At the exhibition, almost all car brands were represented, among them specimens of Mercedes, Porsche, Alfa, Fiat and Zastava, and it is a wide range of vehicles produced from 1955 to 1995. Andrea Weber herself is the owner of an Alfa Romeo 2000 from 1973.

The event is not only a promotion of old timers and the lifestyle associated with them, but also a tourist promotion of Novy and its surroundings. In this way, the tourist offer of Novy is enriched at the end of the summer season.

The start of the drive was in the port of Novy, and the destination was in front of the Aminess Lisnj Family Hotel. The attractive route of 120 kilometers led the participants through Novy, Selce, Bribir, Klenovica, Luk Krpotska and Fuzine.
