Bayern Munich have held talks with Manchester United’s 16-year-old attacking midfielder JJ Gabriel, but the club has not yet made a formal offer. According to reports, there is a sense that Gabriel is more inclined towards a move to Spain, with Barcelona and Real Madrid seen as the favourites for his signature.
In other transfer activity, AC Milan are monitoring Bournemouth’s Alex Scott. The 23-year-old midfielder remains of interest to the Italian side despite his rising value.
Liverpool are interested in Barcelona defender Jules Kounde. Barcelona are open to offers of £60m for the French right-back.
Porto have raised the buy-out clause in the contract of 20-year-old Brazilian forward William Gomes to €100m (£85m). Liverpool are also interested in Gomes.
Chelsea remain interested in Monaco midfielder Lamine Camara, but will not pay Monaco’s valuation of €70m (£59m) for the 22-year-old Senegalese international. Chelsea missed the chance to sign Camara during the summer.
Manchester City made an inquiry during the summer regarding the signing of 17-year-old Mathis Albert from Borussia Dortmund. Bayern Munich are among the clubs interested in Brighton defender Luca Vuskovic.
