Badminton klub Bjelovar achieved notable results at the fourth round of the Regional Cup for age groups up to 11, 13, 15 and 17/19 years, held on 17 October 2026 in Donja Stubica. The Bjelovar players returned home with a total of three medals.
Sara Đurković secured the most prestigious honour, winning a gold medal in the youngest girls' competition. This was first place in the under-11 girls' category. Đurković also competed in the older category, where she performed well but did not pass the group stage.
Nika Lazić finished the under-19 competition with two medals. She won bronze, or third place, in the singles event, while reaching gold in doubles alongside Petra Maras from Zagreb's Badminton klub Flex.
Other Bjelovar representatives did not advance to the final stages of the competition. Lana Martinović ended her run in the under-13 girls' category at the group stage, while Lora Kalem managed to pass the group but did not qualify for the quarter-finals. Noa Đuranec competed in the under-15 boys' category and finished in the group stage.
Badminton klub Bjelovar congratulated all players on their results and wished them much success in the end of the season. The Bjelovar badminton players are expected to compete in the Croatian Championship, the final round of the Croatian Cup and the Regional Cup.
