The Philadelphia Police Department has issued a warrant for a man wanted in connection with threats against citizens. The incident occurred near City Hall, with the suspect visible on footage wearing a mask resembling a doll's face. Police are intensively searching for the suspect, the incident occurring on 12 August in the early morning hours, specifically around 5:30 am local time.

According to available information, the suspect directed threats at least six people. During these interactions, the man made threats while simultaneously holding his hand behind his back. It was specifically recorded that he directly asked a woman if she was prepared to die, further underscoring the seriousness of the threats. Although the exact motive remains unclear, it is believed to be linked to an internet trend, though this has not yet been officially confirmed.

The suspect managed to escape the scene, and the search has expanded to adjacent areas, including the subway station. Police have requested the public's assistance in locating the suspect, emphasising that he is a dangerous individual.
