The Osijek-based construction company Osijek-Koteks celebrated its 80th anniversary. The ceremony was held at the Croatian National Theatre in Osijek, and the company made two donations, each in the amount of 40,000 euros.

The donations were made to the Class Home and the SOS Village of Ladimirec. The funds will be used to fulfill the wishes and needs of children and for the adaptation of spaces where they live. In this way, Osijek-Koteks allocated a total of 80,000 euros.

Osijek-Kottek is the oldest active construction company in Croatia, established in 1946. Over the years, the company has participated in numerous projects, including sections of Chinese highways. The company's director is Zoran Škoric.

Partners were thanked with special awards at the celebration. The awards were received by Agram Bank d.d., Tehno-Elektro Đakovo, and Elis from Dugo Selo. Gratitude was also expressed to the 40-year partners in transport, the Oroz family truck drivers.

The congratulations were delivered by the mayor of Osijek, Ivan Radić, who was at the celebration with his deputy, Dragan Vulin. The 80th anniversary was also attended by the Osijek-Baran County president, Nataša Tramiš, and the deputy mayors, Josip Miletić and Goran Ivanović Lac.

The state secretary in the Ministry of Transport, Tomislav Mihotić, also congratulated the company, highlighting its high-rise and low-rise construction references.
