Istrian Bank marked its 70th anniversary with a celebratory event. The ceremony, held under the slogan '70 years of shared growth', brought together numerous guests, representatives of the business and social community, long-standing partners, and bank employees.
The bank's origins date back to 1956, since when Istrian Bank has grown into one of the leading regional banks in Croatia. Today, it is the ninth bank by asset size among the 19 banks in Croatia, with total assets of approximately €900 million. It ranks eighth in profit.
The bank operates in the Istria and Primorje-Gorski Kotar counties, as well as in the city of Zagreb. The bank's management board president, Miro Dodić, addressed the gathered guests.
During the ceremony, donations totalling €30,000 were presented. The donations are intended to support institutions and organisations that contribute to the quality of life of the most vulnerable members of society. Among the recipients of the donations are the Department of Paediatric Rehabilitation at the 'Martin Horvat' Special Hospital for Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation in Rovinj, the Istria Safe House, and the Motovun Home for the Elderly in Brkač.
The event was completed with musical performances, special content, and networking among the guests.
