The 30th edition of NG Summer concluded with a full Trg Slobode over the four days, with the number of visitors at the upper limit of capacity. The celebratory edition brought together those who remember the beginnings of the story and those discovering it for the first time, with the event confirming the growth of the brand and its positioning as a city brand.
The recognisability of this year meant a full city square and a status that transcends the event itself. The profile of the name has grown, media interest has increased, and the confirmation that NG Summer is synonymous with the city shows that this event is not just one weekend in August.
Planning for the next edition begins a few days after the stage is dismantled, with the first analysis carried out while impressions are still fresh. Throughout the year, negotiations take place with performers, tenders are issued, and procurement is handled, alongside technical development, permits, security planning, communication with city services, and promotion which begins months in advance.
The inclusion of an increasing number of relevant sponsors has facilitated the design of the line-up. Almost no regionally popular performer has not yet appeared at NG Summer, which confirms the continuity and quality of the programme.
The summer stage is the second, additional stage at the event, a space for genres and performers popular with a younger audience. The foundations laid by the founders are the concept of four thematic evenings, free entry, and a family atmosphere, with these values continuing to guide the organisation.
Sara Šefer Balić, senior specialist at the TZ Grada Nova Gradiška, announced a weekend event that will delight beer lovers in particular, thereby further enriching the city's offer.
