Prime Minister Andrej Plenković presented the annual report in Parliament. The majority of the opposition left the chamber during his speech, following which a debate on the dismissal of the Prime Minister, initiated by the SDP, took place.

Plenković told the opposition during the debate that they would lose the election again. The Prime Minister's speech concluded with the debates of the parties. The first to speak in the debate was Zvonimir Troskot on behalf of Most, stating that the Prime Minister had not answered the questions. Following Troskot, Sandra Benčić spoke on behalf of Možemo, accusing the Prime Minister of failing to take responsibility. Numerous replies from HDZ MPs extended the time for Sandra Benčić's speech.

Following Benčić, the minister spoke on behalf of the government. Following Minister Vučković, Mihael Zmajlović began his speech on behalf of the SDP, stating that people no longer trust the institutions.

Miroslav Marković (SDP) wondered how it was possible that the Prime Minister knew every detail about the MPs, but knew nothing about waste. Goran Kaniški (HDZ) reprimanded Marković for being mute. Marković then mentioned the wife of Goran Kaniški and asked where she had passed the hunting exam. Mark Krička (SDP) asked how the Prime Minister would react if he were on the opposite side. Plenković replied: 'Certainly not as you do. Not as you, but as the opposition. That is irresponsible, and I would not behave in that way.'

Ivana Marković (SDP) asked the Prime Minister about the dismissal of Mikulić and why he persistently refused to answer that question. The Prime Minister again avoided answering the question about Mikulić. Several MPs asked on what criteria Mikulić received the position of eight ministers who had previously performed inspections in 2018. The MPs asked why Mikulić was dismissed. The Prime Minister avoided giving answers each time. Jandroković distributed warnings to the MPs and prevented them from attempting to obtain answers.

Mišel Jakšić (SDP) asked the Prime Minister about the criteria that influenced the choice of Andrija Mikulić as the chief inspector. The Prime Minister, on the other hand, began to talk about the sale of Podravka. Marin Miletić (Most) said: 'You have lost your way, five years ago your trucks passed with waste. Have a chamomile tea.' Miletić received a third warning. He protested that he had not yet asked for the floor, but it was established that he had, and he was no longer allowed to speak.

Denis Kralj (SDP) asked: 'You appointed Mikulić three times, and we all knew who was involved. How is that possible?' The Prime Minister asked Kralj how he knew who was involved, and 'Are you sure you are good with him?'. Ante Babić (HDZ) took the paper and read out all the successes of Andrej Plenković. Plenković told the members of the SDP: 'We are proud of our ten years, but you will continue to wake up every morning, frustrated in the opposition. I understand you, but you do not deserve such a leader.'
