Kia was included on the list of 100 best companies in Europe for 2026, on which it took the 88th place. The inclusion followed the company receiving the Great Place to Work certification, as reported by the organisation.
The inclusion is based on the Trust Index survey by Great Place to Work, which assesses employees' confidential feedback alongside the participating companies' HR data. According to the survey results, 91 per cent of new employees say they feel welcome, 80 per cent of employees state that people care for one another, and 78 per cent feel that their work makes a difference.
The Fortune list of '100 Best Companies to Work For in Europe' recognises organisations that demonstrate a strong commitment to employee experience and workplace culture. The list is based on a survey of more than a million employees, with companies included on it distinguished by consistently positive feedback from employees across different roles, departments, and employee groups.
Organisations qualifying for inclusion have at least 500 employees and have appeared on one or more of the national Best Workplaces lists published by Great Place to Work during 2025 or early 2026.
The survey results by Great Place to Work show that employees of Kia particularly value strong leadership, care for people, and a culture of trust. Many colleagues state that they feel welcome and supported at work, and that they can be themselves.
