Croatian police recorded a serious traffic offence in the village of Đelekovac. The driver was under the influence of alcohol during the check, with a measured level of 1.65 per mille in the blood. This level is significantly above the legally permitted limit, representing a serious threat to road safety.

In addition to the fine, the court may impose a prison sentence of up to 60 days. This measure aims to deter similar offences in the future and ensure the safety of all road users.
