The Municipality of Ludbreg has invited citizens and all interested parties to a public consultation on the draft Spatial Development Plan of the Municipality of Ludbreg and the Urbanistic Development Plan 'Ludbreg'. Public inspection runs from 17 July to 17 August 2026.
The public presentation of the proposals will take place on Monday, 20 July, in the council chamber of the Culture and Information Centre 'Dragutin Novak'. The presentation of the Spatial Development Plan begins at 10:00, followed by the Urbanistic Development Plan proposal half an hour later.
The documentation is available at the offices of the Administrative Department for Finance and the Communal System at Trg Svetog Trojstva 14, on working days from 07:00 to 15:00. The plan proposals can also be viewed on the official website of the Municipality and in the Spatial Planning Information System (ISPU).
Comments and suggestions can be made during the public presentation or submitted in writing by the end of the public consultation period on 17 August. The Municipality urges interested parties to review the documents and participate in the discussion.
