The whole of Croatia is currently experiencing an intense heatwave that has significantly raised temperatures across the country. Among the locations recording the highest values is Senj, which has been ranked among the hottest places in the country.
Conditions were already extremely hot in the early hours. At the weather station in Senj, the temperature measured at 8 am was 32.5°C, indicating that the air is heating up rapidly during the day.
Even more worrying data comes from yesterday's measurements. A record temperature of 38.7 degrees was recorded in Sen yesterday, confirming the extreme heat stress prevailing in this part of Lika.
These figures testify to the seriousness of the current weather situation, with morning temperatures already high and daily peaks reaching values close to 40 degrees.
