The legal entity with its seat in Zagreb suffered material damage amounting to several hundred euros. A shop employee noticed the attempt at a second theft and decided to intervene. She tried to prevent the 44-year-old German national from further removing goods, but the suspect pushed her away.

Following the push, the German national attempted to flee with the stolen goods. In the ensuing scuffle between the two women, namely the employee and the suspect, both sustained minor injuries.
