At the Interpretation Centre of Petar Preradović in Grabrovnica, another edition of the 'Slavonia and Podravina, Wine Not?' wine and food festival took place on Saturday, 26 September. This edition, titled 'Wine in the Ambience of Preradović', brought together lovers of wine, poetry and cultural heritage.

The festival once again united wine, poetry, gastronomy and cultural heritage, with participants spending the evening in the home of Petar Preradović. Alongside a tasting of selected wines and culinary delicacies, they enjoyed a unique ambience that blended history with contemporary winemaking.

During the evening, three varieties of wine were sampled: Harsan's Riesling, Vinede's White Muscat and Arsan Hills' rosé. The wines were presented to the participants by Ivana Nemet, who through her interpretation highlighted the character, characteristics and particularities of each, enriching the tasting experience.

The culinary dishes were prepared by students and mentors from the Stjepan Sulimanc Secondary School in Pitomača, who ensured that the flavours complemented the offered wines. The program was completed by the musical group The Fusion, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the evening.

In addition to the tasting, participants had the opportunity to explore the Interpretation Centre of Petar Preradović and learn about the rich heritage and life of one of Croatia's most significant poets. In this way, the festival once again demonstrated its role in bridging the enological and cultural heritage.
