Hajduk secured a maximum of six points in the first two rounds of the Conference League. After defeating Ajax 2-1 at Poljud, they won 1-0 away in Switzerland. Dalisson's goal in the 17th minute was enough to secure victory against Thun.

The win against Thun earned Hajduk a €400,000 UEFA prize, with each victory in the league phase of the Conference League worth €400,000 for the 2026/27 season. Thanks to victories over Ajax and Thun, Hajduk has secured an additional €800,000 in prizes.

According to calculations by the platform Football Meets Data, qualifying for the league phase of the Conference League guaranteed Hajduk at least €4.379 million. Adding this amount to the €800,000 for two victories brings the total to €5.179 million. A draw in the Conference League pays out €133,000.

After two rounds played, Hajduk sits in eighth place among the 36 Conference League participants. Clubs that finish the league phase in the top eight receive an additional €400,000 for qualification, while reaching the round of 16 is worth a further €800,000. Hajduk faces four more matches before the end of the league phase, and victories in all four remaining games could secure another €1.6 million.

The top eight teams will qualify directly for the round of 16. Clubs finishing from ninth to 24th place will play an additional playoff to progress to the last 16, while teams placed from 25th to 36th will end their European campaign. Hajduk travel to Lincoln Red Imps on 5 November, play Sint-Truidense on 26 November, Nordsjælland on 10 December, and Midtjylland on 17 December.

Panathinaikos tops the table with six points and a goal difference of 7:2.
