A new video of former Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has surfaced on social media, filmed during a gathering at the 'Ćaci Bar' in Belgrade. In conversation with Informer editor-in-chief Dragan J. Vučićević, Vučić issued sharp threats directed at prosecutors, police officers and student activists.

Vučić emphasised: "Remember my words, everyone will answer. Everyone. From prosecutors and police officers to all the fake student leaders who are carrying out this kind of terror." He added that a free spirit is indestructible in a person and concluded his remarks with verses attributed to Gavrilo Princip, stating: "Our shadows will wander the court and frighten the masters. Let them think about that." Vučićević responded affirmatively to his words: "Yes, yes."

The video was released at a time when Serbia is preparing to form a new government after the Student List achieved victory in the early parliamentary elections held on 25 October, in which the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) lost. Following the electoral defeat, Vučić acknowledged the results and announced he would continue his political activity from the opposition.

At a meeting of the Belgrade committees of the SNS, Vučić instructed party officials to carefully preserve recordings and evidence of what he called "revolutionary terror", stressing: "It is important that you record everything that fell under actions of revolutionary terror, because everyone will one day answer for it. Do not think I am joking. Remember my words, you will remember them in two years." He also accused certain police officers of now fawning over the new government, and assessed the recordings and evidence submitted to the police as hidden or removed.

The constituent session of the new term of the Serbian parliament is scheduled for 17 November, when the process of forming a new government is expected to begin. In this context, Vučić's threats and messages have further heated up political tension in the country.
