The assembly of the local company Plin d.o.o. has unanimously appointed Mirjana Jakša as a member of the board and director of the company for a term of four years, starting from 18 July 2026, the City of Pula announced.
The decision was made at a board meeting held on 15 July, just before the expiration of the four-year term of the current director, Robert Drandić.
At the same meeting, the assembly also unanimously decided to initiate a public tender for the selection of a member of the board, or director, of the company.
The supervisory board will carry out the tender within 90 days. Following the procedure, the supervisory board will submit a proposal for the appointment of a board member to the assembly, as stated in the publication by the City of Pula.
