The call for the purchase of remaining unsold flats under the Socially Supported Housing Programme (POS) in Trogir is entering its final phase. Citizens interested in submitting their application with documentation must do so by Friday, 6 November 2026. The public call was published on 7 October, and a priority list for flat purchases will be established based on the applications received.

The right to submit an application is reserved for citizens of the Republic of Croatia who have their residence in the area of the City of Trogir at the time of application. The form is available at the city clerk's office at Put Mulina 2 and on the City's official website. The application must include details of the applicant and members of their household.

Along with the application, applicants are required to provide, among other things, proof of citizenship, residence, household members, real estate and housing status, as well as a confirmation that there are no overdue unpaid debts to the City of Trogir. Several confirmations must not be older than 30 days, while birth or marriage certificates have a validity period of six months. Depending on the applicant's circumstances, evidence of education, children's schooling, disability, and statuses related to the Homeland War must also be attached.

The public call allows for the submission of copies of documents and declarations without certified signatures. If the Committee subsequently requests originals, the applicant must provide them within eight days of receiving the request. Applications are to be submitted in person at the clerk's office or by registered post to Grad Trogir, Ivana Pavla II br. 1, 21220 Trogir. The envelope must state the applicant's first name, surname and address, along with the label "Application for flat purchase under POS Programme – DO NOT OPEN". Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

After the scoring process, the City will publish a proposed priority list. Applicants will have eight days to object to the order, scoring, or exclusion from the list. The mayor decides on objections, after which the final list is issued. The public call does not specify the number of remaining flats, their sizes, or sale prices.
