Project proposals may be submitted by youth councils within the county, with the application submitted by the local authority that established the council. The call is also open to individuals aged 15 to 30 and to groups of three to five young people.
Institutions of education based in the Krapina-Zagorje County, civil society organisations meeting the criteria for funding from public sources, and care institutions providing services to young people are also eligible.
The start of the project is considered to be the date of signing the contract for the allocation of funds. Beneficiaries are required to submit a report on the implementation within 30 days of the project's completion, which includes a descriptive and financial part along with photos of the activities carried out.
