The town of Slatina has issued a call for applications for funding for entrepreneurs and farmers, for which a total of 50,000 euros has been allocated from the municipal budget. The call covers six measures for both entrepreneurs and farmers, with applications open until 31 October.
Entrepreneurs are offered support for investments in hospitality and tourism, for the purchase and installation of new machinery and equipment, and for investments in information technology. For these measures, 50 percent of eligible costs are subsidised, up to a maximum of 5,000 euros per beneficiary. For the measures in tourism and hospitality, machinery and equipment, and IT, specific criteria are stipulated by which applications will be assessed after the deadline.
Farmers are eligible for support for the preparation of documentation required for the design of irrigation systems, which can be fully subsidised up to 5,000 euros, as well as for support for the development of beekeeping. Beekeepers are allocated 10 euros per hive, up to a maximum of 2,000 euros per beneficiary.
One of the measures concerns the purchase of land owned by the town of Slatina at a preferential price of 0.13 euros per square metre. The deadline for applications for this measure is 31 December 2026.
Eligible costs are those incurred from 1 January 2026, and those who have already made and paid for investments during this year may also apply. Applications can be submitted in person at the municipal administration or sent by post, with the full terms, conditions and required forms published on the town's website.
