The town of Lipik has adopted the I. amendments and additions to the Detailed Plan for the Development of Business Zone II. The decision was made at a meeting of the Town Council on 14 July 2026 and published in the Official Gazette of the Town of Lipik (No. 05/26). The plan is now legally valid and officially registered in the Spatial Planning Information System (ISPU).

The project to digitise the spatial plan represents a significant step in modernising local government. The main objective was to transition the plan from a traditional paper-based format to a fully digital one. The professional draughtsman delivered the final digital files, which were uploaded to the ISPU via the ePlans module. The digitised plan is now publicly available under the reference HR-ISPU-DPU4-02313-R02.

By being included in the ISPU system, the document is easily accessible to interested parties, investors, and citizens. This facilitates decision-making processes related to spatial planning and business activities within the zone. Transparency of the procedure is ensured by the publication of the decision on the same day it was adopted.

Funding for the project was fully secured through grants from European Union funds. The resources were allocated through the NextGenerationEU mechanism and the National Recovery and Resilience Plan for the period 2021–2026. The total value of the contracted project development is 15,500.00 EUR.

Actual costs were covered at 100 per cent by grant funding. This is the third contracted project for the Town of Lipik under the aforementioned public call. At the same time, it is the first project to be fully and successfully implemented.

The Town of Lipik has thereby confirmed its capacity to effectively implement projects co-financed by EU funds. Such an outcome can serve as a positive example for future tenders and further modernisation of local administration.
