The man, while carrying out his duties, extracted contents from private septic tanks and subsequently discharged waste from the tank of a lorry onto the specified area. This action created a direct risk of environmental pollution, constituting a breach of established environmental protection regulations.
The State Inspectorate, having been notified of the incident, has assumed oversight of the case to determine all relevant circumstances. Given that the act constitutes a criminal offence, criminal proceedings will be initiated against the 38-year-old.
