Three women from the region of southern Croatia became victims of a scam, resulting in significant material damage. The total amount of damage is almost €16,000, representing a significant financial blow to all three affected women.
All three women are Croatian citizens. According to available information, they are women from different age groups, specifically aged 52, 50 and 40. Although their names and detailed personal data are previously protected, they are exclusively Croatian citizens who suffered financial loss as a result of the aforementioned actions.
The police stations in Korčula, Dubrovnik and Ston have received reports in connection with these cases. The report was filed on the grounds that criminal offences were committed, indicating the seriousness of the actions taken and the intention to conceal the crimes for the purpose of obtaining material gain. The investigation is ongoing to establish all circumstances and the identity of the perpetrators.
