The city of Zlatar opened a public consultation on 4 November regarding the draft programmes accompanying the city's budget for 2027. The consultation covers 11 documents that support the budgetary framework for the next budgetary period.
Among the drafts subject to consultation are the Programme for the Construction of Municipal Infrastructure and the Programme for the Maintenance of Municipal Infrastructure. The public has also been given access to the Programme of Public Needs in Culture and the Programme of Public Needs in Sport, as well as the Social Care Programme.
The consultation further covers the Programme for the Expenditure of Forest Contribution Funds, the Programme for the Expenditure of Funds from the Sale of Apartments with Tenant Rights, and the Programme for the Expenditure of Funds from Fees for the Retention of Illegally Built Buildings. The Programme for the Expenditure of Heritage Rent Funds is also included.
The list of drafts also includes the Programme for the Use of Funds from the Lease, Sale by Direct Contract, Temporary Use, and Granting of Use by Direct Contract of Agricultural Land Owned by the State in the Area of the City of Zlatar.
A working group was not established for the preparation of the drafts. Proposals and comments on the drafts can be submitted by 4 December via a form by email, and all details are available on the city's official website.
