Croatian Film Days will take place from 15 to 18 October in the Karlovac Edison Cinema. This is the 35th edition of the festival dedicated to Croatian film production.

51 films will be screened, selected from 209 entries. This is the first time such a number of entries has been recorded, giving the current edition special significance.

The selection for the 35th edition presents a diverse panorama of contemporary Croatian short and medium-length productions. The programme is designed to present the public with a broad cross-section of what is currently being produced in the domestic film industry.

The festival is traditionally dedicated to films ranging from professionally produced and authorially defined works to student projects. In this way, experienced filmmakers and those just entering film production are brought together in the same place.

The programme includes films from classic narrative forms to experimental ones. This range of genres and approaches allows for an insight into the different ways in which Croatian filmmakers approach the short and medium form.

Projections will take place at the Edison Cinema in Karlovac, with the festival lasting four days. Details of the screening schedule and supplementary content will be announced closer to the start.
