On Friday, 9 October, a blood donation drive will be held at the local branch of the Red Cross in Đakovo, on King Tomislav Street. This is the tenth blood donation drive of the year organised by the local branch of the Red Cross.
The event will take place in the premises of the local branch, lasting throughout the day, from 9 am to 7 pm. This allows donors to choose a time that suits them best, whether in the morning, afternoon or evening.
The collected blood is intended for the needs of the Clinical Hospital in Osijek. This means the drive in Đakovo directly contributes to the blood supplies of the largest healthcare institution in the region.
The local branch of the Croatian Red Cross is calling on all healthy individuals to come forward and donate. The tenth drive of the year confirms the continuity of organised blood donation in the Đakovo area, with every new donor contributing to the security of blood supplies for patients in need.
