Police officers on 17 September, following a court order, conducted a search of the home and other premises of a 35-year-old man in the area of Kutina. During the search, drugs and equipment suspected of being used for their preparation were found and seized.
A total of 160 grams of cannabis drug, 9 grams of cocaine and two digital scales were found and seized. The items will be handed over to the competent authorities for further processing.
Following the completion of the investigative measures, a criminal report is being filed against the 35-year-old man for the offence of unauthorised production and trafficking of drugs. The offence of unauthorised production and trafficking of drugs involves the production, possession and distribution of narcotics without approval.
The police did not release further details of the case, and the next steps will be taken by the competent state prosecutor's office.
