The Town of Trilj has published an official call for submissions to propose candidates for the public awards of the Town of Trilj. This competition is part of the preparations for the upcoming Town Day celebrations, enabling residents and associations to nominate distinguished individuals or groups for their contributions to community development.
The award procedure is regulated by the Decision on Public Awards of the Town of Trilj, which was previously published in the Official Gazette of the Town of Trilj No. 04/09 and later updated and published in issue No. 03/19. This act defines the criteria and procedure for awarding town prizes and honours.
Alongside the call for awards, the Town of Trilj has convened the 10th session of the Town Council. The invitation has been sent to all members of the Town Council of the Town of Trilj, as well as to the Mayor of the Town of Trilj, to ensure timely notification of key stakeholders in the local self-government.
The convening of the session is based on the provisions of Article 34 of the Statute of the Town of Trilj, which was published in the Official Gazette of the Town of Trilj under numbers 03/09, 01/13 and 02/18. The rules of procedure of the council are further governed by the Rules of Procedure of the Town Council of the Town of Trilj, which are applied in accordance with Articles 55, 56 and 57 of the said Rules of Procedure.
The Rules of Procedure of the Town Council of the Town of Trilj have been published on several occasions through the Official Gazette of the Town of Trilj, specifically in issues No. 03/09, 01/13, 01/21, 05/23 and 09/23. These documents form the legal basis for the work of the town representative body and ensure transparency of procedures during sessions.
