The second annual Halloween party was held in the courtyard of the Community House in Podturen, bringing together residents of all generations in the evening. The event was organised by the Mura Podturen Association of Free Artists (Udruga slobodnih umjetnika Mura Podturen).

Children enjoyed creative workshops designed by Nevenka Zrna, the association’s president and active member. The little ones painted pumpkins, autumn motifs and spooky Halloween ghosts, while also spending part of the time drawing. Numerous other association members assisted with the organisation and execution of the party, ensuring the programme ran without interruption.

The gathering was enjoyable for adults, who enjoyed roasted chestnuts, langoš and mulled wine, while the children had their own kids’ champagne. Although it was cold, the autumn delicacies and scary Halloween masks warmed the attendees, keeping the atmosphere lively until late in the evening.

The crowd had a wonderful time in pleasant company, and this year’s edition confirmed that the Halloween party in Podturen has become a recognisable local event. The gathering in the Community House courtyard brought together the youngest attendees and their parents, who enjoyed the prepared programme.
