France beat Belgium 4-1 at home in Paris in a Group 1 match in the elite League A of the League of Nations. Belgium took the lead in the 35th minute after an excellent assist from Livak, and France took until the 77th minute to equalise.

Then Doue, at the top of the penalty area, received the ball and scored with a turn for 1-1. Just four minutes later, France took the lead — Olise sent the ball to the goal, and Cherki stepped forward to score 2-1. Olise then scored in the 88th and 91st minutes for a final 4-1.

Italy were better than Turkey for the second time. After winning 4-1 away, on Monday they beat 3-1 in Bologna. Scamacca led the Italians to the lead in the 26th minute, while Turkey equalised in the 61st minute with a goal from Simšir. Calafiori hit the opponent's net for 2-1 in the 64th minute, and Italy secured the win in the 87th minute, when Esposito scored for a final 3-1.

At the top of the Group 1 standings is France with 10 points, followed by Italy with seven, Belgium with six, and Turkey at the bottom with no points.

In Group 4 of League B, Bosnia and Herzegovina played a tough match against Poland. The net remained quiet until the 84th minute, when Bašić scored a penalty for 1-0 to the home team. Sweden beat Romania 1-0, with Gyoerk scoring in the 13th minute. Sweden have 10 points, Bosnia and Herzegovina have eight, Poland have four, while Romania are still without points.

In League B, in Group 2, Hungary beat Ukraine 2-1 on neutral ground in Trnava. Thoth was the first goal in the 52nd minute, Ukraine equalised with a goal from Jaremčuk in the 83rd minute, and Csinger scored two minutes later for a final 2-1. Northern Ireland are top of the standings with 8 points, and in this round they played 0-0 at home with Georgia. Hungary have one less point than Northern Ireland.
