Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic, aged 39, has directly responded to a question posed by popular influencer Nick. The question, which centred on the controversial tennis opinion Djokovic is prepared to defend to the death, has not gone unnoticed by the public.
Djokovic has put forward a proposal for a completely new scoring system in tennis. He believes the current format is not optimal and proposes that sets are not played to the usual six games, but that a set ends as soon as a player wins four games.
Within this reform, the tennis star proposes a potential abolition of 'advantage' at 40-40. Instead of the current system, which can extend the duration of a set indefinitely, the game would be played to the first game won after the tie.
Novak believes that this format would make matches more dynamic and shorter. He predicts that such a system would last a maximum of two hours, which, in his view, would be the best solution for all participants in the competition.
