Općina Šenkovec has provided funding for the subsidising of school supplies, enabling students in the area of this local community to access financial support. This measure covers all primary school students, as well as those at the secondary school level, aiming to alleviate the costs associated with education for parents.
For primary school students, Općina has provided an amount of 50 euros. In contrast, secondary school students are entitled to a higher amount, specifically 80 euros, which allows them to purchase the necessary work materials for lessons. This financial assistance is intended exclusively for students whose parents or guardians have their residence in Općina, which is a key condition for qualifying for the aforementioned support.
The process of applying begins with an online registration, which requires parents or guardians to register on the relevant system. For those applying for the first time, it is necessary to complete the registration process to create a user account. Users who already have a pre-existing account can directly access the system and submit their application, thereby simplifying and speeding up the process.
The local authority has published detailed instructions to assist parents in completing the necessary steps. The deadline for submitting applications is 1 October 2026, after which the local authority will no longer consider submitted applications. Therefore, it is important that parents submit their applications as soon as possible to ensure they are eligible for the financial assistance for their children.
