The mayor of Oroslavje, Viktor Šimunić, has invited residents to participate in the Open Day, an event held for the sixth consecutive year. The event will take place on 1 October in the premises of the Town Hall, from 15:00 to 18:00.

During this period, residents will be able to present their questions, suggestions, and ideas regarding the development of the town. Šimunić highlighted that constructive proposals from citizens have been taken into account, and that criticisms have been heard when justified.

The mayor emphasised that dialogue with citizens is particularly important ahead of the preparation of the town budget. In this period, priorities are defined and projects for the coming period are planned, making the inclusion of the public in this process of particular importance.

"We are listening to you when you speak," Šimunić stated, inviting residents to bring their suggestions, questions, and constructive ideas. He added that the common interest of all should be the further improvement of Oroslavje.

According to him, through open dialogue, residents can participate in shaping the direction of the town's development. The open day thus presents, for the sixth time in a row, an opportunity for public opinion to be directly included in the shaping of the town's priorities and plans.
