The Blato Wine Experience will take place from 23 to 30 September 2026 in Blato. The event spans a week, bringing together winemakers, local hosts, and wine enthusiasts.
Visitors can expect tastings of local wine varieties, ceramic workshops, heritage tours, a wine quiz, and a professional conference throughout the week. The programme blends wine, gastronomy, creative workshops, and local heritage.
Afternoon slots are scheduled for visits to the winery, where guests can try their hand at shaping clay over a glass of wine. In addition, participants will learn to prepare traditional sweets, linking the gastronomic element of the programme with local tradition.
The evening hours are reserved for the quiz, where knowledge is tested. The events will take place across several locations in Blatu, including local wineries, family-run farms, Dainese Studio, the Alfir Hotel, and the Zlinje tavern.
