The 'Flavours and Aromas of the Zadar Region' event will take place on Friday, 6 November 2026, at the Hotel Dubrovnik in Zagreb. The promotional and sales event is organised by Zadarska županija (Zadar County), and will feature 21 exhibitors from the county area.
The official opening of the event and media statements are scheduled for 14:00. State Secretary Tugomir Majdak from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Ante Sjauš, Head of the Department for Economy and Tourism of Zadarska županija, and Daniel Segarić, Head of the Department for Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Management, will attend the opening. Representatives of producers and exhibitors are also expected.
The programme is divided into two parts. From 13:00 to 16:00, the content is aimed at the business public, primarily restaurateurs, hoteliers, distributors and other potential partners. From 16:00 to 20:00, the event is open to the public, who will be able to browse and taste the exhibitors' offerings.
The event is held under the slogan 'Eat well, live healthy!'. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover the offerings of winemakers from Ravnje Kotara, the coast and the islands, as well as producers of Dalmatian pršut (cured ham), Paški sir (Pag cheese), premium olive oils, marasca liqueurs and other local fruits, craft beers, truffle products and numerous other delicacies.
Among the exhibitors are DIADORA EKO d.o.o. – Vinarija Bora, with Scura and Scura Rosé sparkling wines, Svrdlovinom and Maraštinom; OPG Branko Kutija, with rosé from Svrdlovina and Oblica olive oil; and VINA OTOKA PAGA, agricultural business owned by Denis Rako, with Gegić, Paški Vermouth with sage and Gegić, Tramontana, 'Kvasina barrique' and Merlot wine salt. VELEBNA Vineyards & Winery d.o.o. – Vinarija Velebna will present its Shiraz, Chardonnay and Danica Rosé, while CREATURA VINA d.o.o. – Vinarija Degarra will showcase Bomary, an aromatic dessert wine with marasca and herbs, Primo and Perla Rosé sparkling wines, and Bonterro. TILIA d.o.o. – Vina Figurica will also present its products, including Svrdlovina crna, Rosé Kalelarga and Crljenak.
The offer will also include AGROKOTAR POLJA d.o.o. – Vinarija Boketa, with Maraštin 'Dinka', Plavina 'Jukuša', dry rosé 'Cvita' and semi-dry rosé 'Roza'; OPG Dragana Šulentić – Vinska kuća Dragona, with Maraštin Autentico, Pošip Empatico and the black cuvée Potentico; and KRALJEVSKI VINOGRADI d.o.o., with Pošip Royal, Crljenak, Gladiator and Antique Rosé Extra Brut sparkling wine. FIOLICA d.o.o. – Vina i likeri Fiolić will present fig liqueur, marasca liqueur and Maraština, while BREW TAL COMPANY d.o.o. – Brewtal Brew Co. will offer craft beers Bourbon Stout, NEIPA and Lager.
Meat and dairy products will also be on display. BUTIĆ PRŠUTI d.o.o. – Pršutana Butić will exhibit pršut, pancetta, pečenica and sausages; MESNICE I KLAONICA LUKIN d.o.o. will feature Dalmatian pršut, šokola and divenice; MIH SIRANA KOLAN d.o.o. – Sirana MIH will present Paški sir, Tartufina, hard cow's cheese with black truffle and Otočan; and PAŠKA SIRANA d.d. will offer Paški sir, Mediteran (cheese with sage) and Dalmatinac (cheese made from cow's and sheep's milk).
Olive oils and truffles are also part of the offer. OPG Ante Vulin – Antino will exhibit extra virgin olive oils Healthy Secret and Harmony; Poljoprivredni obrt 'OPG Denis Plastić' – 2 Štorije will present organic extra virgin olive oil 2 Štorije; and OPG Iva Matak – Matak tartufi will offer tartufato with black truffles and honey with white truffles. MARASKA d.d. will present Maraschino, Cherry Brandy (cherry marasca liqueur) and Pelinkovac; Gluten off Lab d.o.o. will offer gluten- and lactose-free bread products and sweets; and TREŠNJA d.o.o. – Cro Cherry / La Cherry will present La Cherry cherry wine, cherry balsamic vinegar, cherry jam and cherry liqueur.
