He is currently placed 141st, which is significantly below the level required for safe standing. Specifically, Littler is 22,250 points away from the 64th-placed player, Mario Vandenbogaerde, representing a significant gap that distances him from the safe zone.
There are seven remaining Players Championship events through which Littler can attempt to improve his ranking. One of the remaining opportunities, to be held in the same location as the previous event, represents a key point for recovery.
