On the occasion of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day, a wreath was laid and candles lit in Knin in memory of fallen, missing and deceased Croatian defenders.

The wreath and candles were placed at the Croatian Victory Monument "Oluja 95" on Ante Starčević Square in Knin. Alongside representatives of the City of Knin and the Šibenik-Knin County, tribute was paid by city councillors and representatives of veterans' associations, the Croatian Army, the Public Fire Brigade and the police.

Those gathered paid tribute to all fallen, missing and deceased Croatian defenders who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of the Republic of Croatia.

A commemorative prayer for all fallen defenders was led by the parish priest and guardian of the Knin "St Anthony" monastery, Fra Marko Đerek.

Laying wreaths and lighting candles is a traditional way of marking All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day, with those who gave their lives for Croatia being remembered in Knin every year.
