The second edition of the charity cycling event, 'Bicicletta rosa', will take place on 19 September. The event, which aims to support oncology patients, is organised with the support of the City of Poreč-Parenzo, with the Rotonda Nova Vas, Villanova, local committee and Vita Nova associations acting as organisers. All participants contribute to the collection of funds for the aforementioned associations through their participation, particularly the association 'Vita Nova', which provides psychological support.

Participants are required to provide their own equipment, with the wearing of a helmet mandatory for all participants. A fee of 5 euros is charged for children, while the fee for adults is 15 euros. In addition to physical activity, participants will have the opportunity to enjoy a rich programme during the event. Special attention is drawn to the offerings of delicious food, including a tasting of special dishes from the grill, prepared by volunteers, and healthy snacks prepared by members of the 'Vita Nova' association.

This type of gathering is not solely for sporting activity, but has a deeper charitable context. Through joint participation, participants not only exercise, but also actively contribute to the collection of funds for those in greatest need. Organisers highlight the importance of collective effort and solidarity, noting that each participant, through their contribution, whether through payment of the fee or participation in the preparation, contributes to the achievement of a common goal. This charity event represents an opportunity to connect the community through a shared activity, while simultaneously supporting those in greatest need.
