The central Zrinski Square in Koprivnica came alive in all its glory as part of the European Mobility Week celebrations. Many residents visited the square to attend the diverse programme held under the common theme 'Mobility for All'.
Enthusiasts of new technology and eco-friendly driving had the opportunity to view electric and hybrid vehicles up close. The latest models were presented by car dealerships: Opel Šatrak, Auto Partner & Dagman (KIA), AC Kos (Dacia and Renault) and AC Krivak (Citroën and Geely).
Cyclists were most drawn to the point managed by the Koprivnica-Križevce Police Directorate, where a free bicycle registration service was provided. Presentations by the Croatian Mountain Rescue Service (HGS) and the local Red Cross branch attracted the attention of all generations.
The Deputy Mayor, Ksenija Ostriž, confirmed the importance of promoting a healthier and safer way of life in the urban environment through her presence and inspection of the exhibitors, highlighting the role of the community in creating a sustainable future.
The 'Art in Motion' event was organised under the guidance of the Koprivnica Mažorettines. The central stage became the hub of dance and music, with performances complemented by guests from Čakovec, Križevci and Mur, as well as members of the 'Pleasant Potkal' Association and dance groups from the 'Braća Radić' and 'Antun Nemčić Gostovinski' primary schools.
