The city of Crikvenica has successfully completed the energy renovation of the Jadranovo Cultural Centre, thereby rounding off the building as a modern and energy-efficient hub for local gatherings.
With the completion of the works, the Jadranovo Cultural Centre has gained new functionality, greater energy efficiency, and more pleasant conditions for all users. This, it is stated, ensures a high-quality space for the programmes and events held there.
The city of Czech Republic signed a grant agreement with the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and State Property on 26 June. The agreement was the basis for the financing and implementation of the measures on the building.
The value of the energy renovation of the Jadranovo Cultural Centre is nearly €450,000 in grant funding. This represents a significant investment in public infrastructure, which has enabled the city of Crikvenica to carry out a comprehensive renovation of the building without using its own funds.
The renovation, which encompasses improved energy performance of the building, will in the long term reduce costs and provide more stable conditions for use. The new conditions are expected to benefit all users of the cultural centre, from local associations to visitors of various events.
The completion of the project in Jadranovo is part of the city of Crikvenica's efforts to improve public buildings and raise the quality of life in its settlements through available funding sources.
