Tabak Group has taken on the task of removing waste from the site of the former PPK Velebić factory in Gospić. The decision to award the contract was made in September, with the selection based on price and expertise criteria. Tabak Group was chosen as the bidder with the most favourable offer in the competitive tender.
The total value of the work is €357,500, with funds secured from the budget of the Fund for Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency (FZO). This amount covers the costs associated with the safe removal of waste. According to available information, the operation involves 650 tonnes of material stored in large bags, known as big bags, which require specialist handling.
The waste removal process involves the use of specialised equipment.
